Freelance Overview
My freelance work has taken many forms over the years — from designing large interactive installations for some of the world’s largest companies, to building simple websites for small businesses or creating marketing materials for a nonprofit — and I enjoy the variety that comes with each new project. No matter the scale, my focus is always the same: creating thoughtful, well-crafted design with a clean, modern aesthetic.

In many cases, I’ve managed projects end-to-end: sourcing photography, developing content, directing shoots, and delivering finished pieces ready to launch. In other projects, I’ve worked alongside developers or larger teams, contributing design systems, prototypes, and creative direction. What keeps me coming back to freelance is the simple fact that it lets me do what I love: design. My core work has its wonderful rhythms, but freelance opens the door to new clients, industries, and challenges that allow me to break away from that pattern from time to time. Each project brings something different to the table, and that change of pace keeps me sharp, energized, and engaged. It’s the mix of fresh problems to solve and new stories to tell that remind me why I became a designer in the first place.
