I’m a creative leader with more than 20 years of experience directing design, content, and marketing initiatives across industries. Currently, I lead design transformation efforts with Aquent Studios in partnership with Merck, where I focus on rethinking how creative work gets done — building tools, systems, and processes that help teams create smarter, faster, and more effectively. At the core, though, I’m still a designer at heart, driven by the same passion for problem-solving and storytelling that sparked my career.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead creative teams of all sizes — from small, nimble groups to full-service, in-house agencies. Along the way, I’ve developed brand identities, directed major product launches, and overseen multi-channel campaigns for global brands. My experience spans everything from traditional print and advertising to digital design, UX/UI, and experiential installations.
Today, my work with Aquent and Merck centers on content transformation — designing systems, templates, and workflows that help a global business create and deliver content at scale. I’ve been part of the teams behind initiatives like Assembler Online™, Merck’s digital authoring tool for global content development, and MagicForm™, an automation solution that streamlined event materials and approvals around the world. These projects reflect my ability to blend creativity with process, technology, and collaboration.
At the same time, I continue to see myself first as a designer and creative leader. I take pride in mentoring others, building strong teams, and approaching complex problems with a practical, design-minded lens. I believe the best work comes from combining clear strategy, strong craft, and an openness to new ideas — whether that’s through a fresh campaign concept or a reimagined content system.
